SBIC
Benefit and Common Interest Companies (SBIC) have been recognised in our legal structure following the publication of Law 18/2022 of 28 September on company creation and growth, known as the Create and Grow Law.
SBICs remain subject to specific state regulations to verify our performance through specific validation methodologies.

Purpose Committee
A Prupose Committee monitors compliance with Company’s objectives and social well as making sure we stick to our long-term social purpose.
The ALAS Purpose Committee is currently composed of one person. Pere Esteve, Chairman of the Purpose Committee.
