Benefit and Common Interest Companies (SBIC)

Benefit and Common Interest Companies (SBIC) have been recognised in the Spanish legal structure following the publication of Law 18/2022 of 28 September on company creation and growth, known as the Create and Grow Law.

SBIC´s remain subject to specific state regulations to verify performance through specific validation methodologies.

We explicitly generate a positive social and environmental impact through our activities; and we voluntarily adhere to higher levels of transparency and accountability in the performance of our social and environmental objectives, and when considering the relevant stakeholders in our decision-making process.
