ALAS not only develops social and affordable rental housing; we also manage it with a long-term vision. The properties are built in accordance with stringent sustainability, accessibility, and quality criteria, so all the rental homes we build come with optimal features and high energy efficiency levels.
Our management model, which integrates technology, impact management, and collaboration with social organisations, enables financial returns while making a positive impact by creating and preserving a long-term affordable housing portfolio.
To build our affordable and social housing projects, we work with (local) low- and non-profit suppliers and developers. Profit margins will largely be used to reinvestment in local communities, giving rise to a steady stream of unique and trailblazing projects.
