ALAS Affordable Housing
We are the first Private Limited “Benefit and Common Interest Companies” (SBIC), engaged in holding and managing new Affordable and Social Housing (VAS) for rent in Spain.
Purpose and impact
We extend affordable and social housing provision and tenure systems, creating a scalable and sustainable model that preserves housing stock.
We work closely with the public administration on sustainable and accessible housing projects, while supporting employment, education and social services policies.
Our approach strives to redress housing payments with other basic needs, support vulnerable groups, improve quality of life, while fostering saving, training and financial independence.
ALAS Communities
We create multicultural and inclusive communities and foster sustainability in each and every one of our projects.
