Our collaboration with suppliers is always accompanied by a comprehensive tenant-focused social action plan. Through ALAS Communities, as well as overseeing housing management, we provide structures and actions that boost tenant participation and interaction to create a real community.

This entails day-to-day and social management, including the provision of support to our tenants in the submission of grant applications and the filing of paperwork. In this way, we support the most vulnerable tenants on a case-by-case basis, while providing in-depth social management to all who require it.
