Yesterday, Pedro Muntaner, CEO of Grupo SALAS, took to the stage at the Discovery Theatre to present Grupo SALAS’ real estate investment platform model and, within it, ALAS Vivienda Asequible as a platform specializing in the large-scale development and management of affordable rental housing and its two current investment vehicles:
ALAS Vivienda Asequible: 9 buildings, 643 homes, and 1,600 beneficiaries. Vehicle closed and under management.
ALAS I Invest: our REIT, with a target return of 8%. 14 buildings, 1,073 homes, and 2,600 beneficiaries. A vehicle under construction and capital structuring, currently in the fundraising phase.
Between both vehicles, we have already reached over 1,700 homes, 23 buildings, and over 4,200 beneficiaries. And we continue to grow.
