We are the first Benefit and Common Interest Company (SBIC) in Spain’s real estate sector. Our bylaws formally incorporate the commitment to generate economic, social, and environmental value, raising standards of transparency and governance.
Measurable Impact
We apply the SROI methodology to assess the impact of our investments. For us, purpose is reflected in indicators and measurable outcomes, not just in narratives.
