On 24 February, we were visited by Jorge Rodrigo Dominguez, Regional Minister for Housing, Transport and Infrastructure for the Community of Madrid, at our Residencial Fresno development: 50 rental homes under the Basic Public Housing Scheme (VPPB) in Humanes de Madrid, part of the Plan Vive Madrid.

The visit was also attended by María José Piccio-Marchetti, Director-General for Housing and Renovation, and the Mayor of Humanes de Madrid, Oscar Lalanne Martínez de la Casa, amongst others.

Residencial Fresno comprises 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom flats, communal areas, parking spaces and storage rooms.

This visit allowed us to share with the Community of Madrid and Humanes Town Council the progress and high quality of the project, reinforcing our commitment to urban development and access to housing.

Grupo SALAS and Cardoner Group are responsible for developing, building and managing this development, which forms part of the third phase of the Plan Vive Madrid, a project aimed at promoting affordable housing in the capital through a public-private partnership.
