On 18 February, we were visited by the Mayor of Torrejón de la Calzada, David Blázquez, at the new-build development Residencial El Pinar, where he was able to see for himself the progress of the works and confirm the project’s smooth progress.
Residencial El Pinar is a development comprising 61 Limited-Price Social Housing (VPPL) units, located in Torrejón de la Calzada (Madrid), which forms part of the third phase of the Plan Vive Madrid.
The visit was also attended by the Councillor for Social Welfare, Rocío Pérez; the Councillor for Urban Planning, José María Torres; Clara Muñoz, director of Fundació SALAS; Cristina Calle, head of production at Cardoner Group; and Rafael Ortega, Project Manager for the development, amongst others.
