We are currently in the closing phase of acquiring more than 500 homes for 8 ALAS Communities, in Madrid and Catalonia.

By 2028-2030, the remaining 2,000 homes are expected to be operational, which are included in the investment study pipeline that we are analysing with our suppliers.
