Purpose and impact
Purpose
Our DNA has a clear intentionality in our purpose; guiding our decisions and strategies – a purpose we formally measure with SROI methodology. Which is why we have become the first Benefit and Common Interest Company (SBIC) in the property sector.
We expand the systems to provide new affordable and social rental housing, creating a scalable and sustainable system over time, becoming a mechanism through which to preserve housing stock in affordable and social rentals.
We work closely with the public administration in public-private collaboration structures to develop and manage new buildings with sustainability and accessibility criteria in mind, as well as to implement their public housing policies, and, in turn, in employment, education and social services.
With a long-term focus
We protect the availability and affordability of long-term rental housing as a key instrument in the prevention of residential exclusion and social vulnerability.
Impact
We strive to ensure that paying for housing doesn’t jeopardise other basic needs, including leisure or savings, while continually improving services, supporting vulnerable groups and promoting research into issues related with housing.
We strive for our activity to generate housing stock that is safe from market fluctuations and, in social terms, to lead to a better quality of life and better economic independence, fostering savings and an increase in the birth rate, as well as an investment in education by families, etc.
