Yesterday was a very special night at the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid: our CEO, Manel Rodríguez, accepted the Social Impact Award on behalf of the entire ALAS Vivienda Asequible team at The Positive Awards 2025, organised by The Objective Media.
As Manel pointed out during the gala:
‘This recognition fills us with pride because we are a newly created group with a clear purpose: to raise social impact capital to invest in a SOCIMI that acquires and manages affordable rental housing, with a commitment to permanence and triple impact: economic, social and environmental. This award is for the entire team that works every day for a better future.’
