Yesterday, 19 September, we participated in the official presentation of The District Show in Barcelona, as a preview of what will be the benchmark event for the real estate sector from 30 September to 2 October.
Our Chief Executive Officer, Manel Rodríguez Murillo, emphasised a key message:
‘There is a high demand for housing. It is necessary to increase production, but we must be clear that these homes must be at a price that the population can afford without jeopardising the welfare state. Together, we have built this commitment.
This approach reflects ALAS’s mission: to promote a model of affordable rental housing with a social and environmental impact that responds to the real needs of society.
