Alejandra Mora, founding partner of ALAS Vivienda Asequible, participated in the meeting convened by the ministra Vivienda y Agenda Urbana, Isabel Rodríguez, in which the general lines of the future Plan Estatal de Vivienda 2026-2030 were presented to various social housing providers.

At ALAS Vivienda Asequible, we welcome all initiatives that, through regulation, promote the role of these agents as developers of affordable housing. However, if we really want to develop the housing stock that our country needs, it is essential to accompany these measures with incentives that encourage the arrival of social impact capital in the sector.

This is ALAS’ commitment: to channel purposeful investment to contribute, together with other social operators, to affordable, sustainable and long-term housing. We need to join forces and establish stable frameworks that give confidence to impact capital and guarantee the development of this model on a large scale.
